- When the time came for Worshipful Brother Carl Froedge to make his grand entrance into this world, he apparently decided to do so with a sense of adventure and a dash of humor—selecting Gary, Indiana, as his birthplace on December 21, 1958. Some say it was for the steel mills, others for the strong Midwestern spirit, but Carl himself insists it was simply to keep his family on their toes from the very beginning. After all, why settle for ordinary when you can start your story in a place as unique as Gary?

Kyle R Hodge PM Glen Park Lodge #732 2025-26
Freemasonry has always been a family affair for me. My father Wayne R Hodge first stepped into Freemasonry and chose Glen Park Lodge which was a bit further from home because two of his cousins John Null and Bob Null were members of the Lodge. My brother Brandon W Hodge and I followed in his footsteps shortly afterwards in the following years. My father and brother each served as the Worshipful Master of Glen Park Lodge in their early years in Lodge. I was unable to follow in their steps at that time due to bouncing around the country for my college education. It has been my honor to progress through the officer line and now serve as the Worshipful Master of Glen Park Lodge following my father's second term as Worshipful Master with my brother Brandon now sitting across the Lodge from me as Senior Warden, surrounded by an excellent group of men who I am proud to call my brothers as well.

Justin D. Miller was born 8/8/88 in Chicago, IL. His first introduction to Freemasonry came as a child when he stumbled upon the Masonic regalia in the study of his grandfather, a 50-year Master Mason, Past Master, and 32° Scottish Rite Freemason. Justin later attended Rift Valley Academy in Kenya, founded as a missionary boarding school, which had its cornerstone laid by famous Freemason President Theodore Roosevelt in 1909. After many years of passive curiosity, he petitioned Morocco Lodge #372 and the Grand Lodge of Indiana F&AM for the degrees. He was raised to the Sublime Degree of Master Mason on 10/4/23 and soon after joined the line of officers as Senior Steward in 2024. He currently serves as Senior Deacon of his mother lodge, and is pursuing to petition the Dwight L. Smith Lodge of Research U.D. F&AM of Indiana and to be received into the orders of the York Rite. He has served in the U.S. Navy as a Corpsman with the U.S. Marine Corps and currently serves his community as a volunteer firefighter. Brother Justin currently works as an Environmental, Health, and Safety Manager in the chemical manufacturing industry, but considers his true vocation to be the work of a "Craftsman".
