Entered Apprentice Degree in February 2026

On the 24th of February, the Lodge convened to confer the Entered Apprentice degree upon a worthy candidate who had waited patiently for several months. The turnout was exceptional, with nearly every seat in the Lodge room occupied by Brothers traveling from across the region to witness the occasion.

A Tradition Upheld

The degree was conferred by our Junior Warden, Brother Ahmed Al-Mohammed Saleh. Following the long-standing Porter tradition, the Junior Warden is charged with presiding over Entered Apprentice degrees during his tenure in the South. This marked Brother Ahmed’s first time in the Oriental Chair for a degree, and he performed his duties splendidly.

Welcoming Our Newest Brother

The candidate, Nathan Miller, was visibly moved as his long-awaited journey into the Lodge finally came to fruition. Given his conduct and enthusiasm, we fully expect him to become a dedicated and worthy Brother within our ranks.

Congratulations to Brother Nate and to everyone whose presence helped make this initiation a success.
